All EBOOST charging ports follow the same standard, so you can confidently use any port. Simply choose the port or outlet closest to where your vehicle is parked for convenience.
For high-powered e-bikes (such as Dat Bike, etc.), we recommend using outlet number 1 or 2 to ensure the best charging performance.
Because each e-bike brand may use different chargers, plugs, and voltages, you need to bring your own charger that is compatible with your vehicle to plug into the outlet at the EBOOST station.
EBOOST chargers show the status of each outlet through numbered indicator lights:
• Red light: Charging in progress
• Green light: Charging finished or outlet is available
If you see a green light but there’s still an e-bike plugged in, please contact the parking lot attendant for assistance in moving the fully charged vehicle so you can use the outlet.
There are a few possible reasons:
• Your phone’s internet connection was interrupted.
• You haven’t tapped the “Start Charging” button on the screen.
• The charger is not working. Please check the LED light on the EBOOST charging box — if there’s no light (green or red), contact the building management.
• Your wallet balance is insufficient — please top up in the “My Wallet” section.
• If none of the above applies, please email us at support@eboost.vn.
For security reasons, each account can only charge one e-bike at a time. If you need to charge multiple bikes simultaneously, please use separate EBOOST accounts. You can, however, use the same account for different e-bikes one after another — just not at the same time.
You can top up your balance using various common methods such as bank transfer, debit card, credit card, QR code payment, or through popular e-wallets in Vietnam.
If you would like us to add a new bank card option or payment method in the future, please email your suggestion to support@eboost.vn.
To top up and issue invoices as required by the payment gateway, you must complete your personal and address information in the “Profile Information” section.
First, please check your bank account if you were charged more than expected.
Next, take screenshots of your bank account transaction and your “Payment History” in the app, then send both to support@eboost.vn. We will verify and refund the excess amount if your information is valid.
Your credit balance is usually updated in the EBOOST app within 60 seconds after payment. If your balance hasn’t been updated:
1. Log out and restart the app.
2. If it still doesn’t update, take screenshots of the transaction from your bank account and the “Payment History” section in the app.
3. Send both screenshots to support@eboost.vn.
We will verify and issue a refund if the information you provide is valid.
EBOOST does not store any of your bank card details. All payment information is processed by our licensed payment gateway partner, which is authorized by the State Bank of Vietnam.
Yes. To use the EBOOST charging system, you need to top up your account similar to topping up a prepaid phone. You can choose to add 50,000 VND, 100,000 VND, or 200,000 VND.
When you use EBOOST, the app will gradually deduct the service fee from your wallet balance.
The service fee varies based on the amount of electricity (kWh) consumed to charge your vehicle. Charging fees also depend on the location of the station and are clearly displayed in the app before you confirm charging.
The minimum fee for a successful charging session is 4,900 VND, which helps operate and maintain the system. Detailed charging fees are calculated according to the table below:

You can stay updated on EBOOST promotions in several ways:
1. Follow the EBOOST Fanpage (Facebook) or Zalo OA for the latest campaigns.
2. Enable push notifications on the EBOOST app to receive instant updates.
3. Check the EBOOST website under “Users” → “Charging fees and promotions” for current offers.
You can purchase different kWh packages for both E-bike and E-car depending on your needs. Simply open EBOOST app, go to “Subscription Package”, select “Kwh Charging Package” and choose the package that best fits your usage plan.
When charging, the electricity consumed will be deducted directly from the kWh package until the package balance is used up. Users may purchase and hold multiple kWh charging packages, however only one package can be applied per charging session.

EBOOST offers a special package for ride-hailing drivers:
– E-bike: purchase a 37% discount code for 1 month at 29,000 VND, and for 3 months at 69,000 VND.
– E-car: purchase a 29% discount code for 1 month at 99,000 VND, and for 3 months at 189,000 VND.
You can cancel the package anytime in the app by selecting “Cancel Package.”
