2. BYD Tang
Tang is BYD’s fourth electric vehicle to enter the Vietnamese market this October, following the BYD Seal, BYD Dolphin, and BYD Atto 3. Unlike sports-oriented models, BYD Tang is focused on practicality and aims to serve a broad range of customers. Thus, it is equipped with a 225-horsepower engine in its standard version.
When launched in Vietnam, Tang will face competition from gasoline and hybrid vehicles from major Korean, Japanese, and American brands, such as the Toyota Fortuner, Hyundai Santa Fe, and Ford Everest.
