EBOOST APP Instruction

Step 1: Select “Account” & “Settings”

Step 2: Select “Charging” & Enable “Auto Charging”, “Auto Use Promotion” functions

• Auto Charging: There will be automatically start charging immediately after “Scan QR Code” at the charging outlet without any additional steps.
• Auto Use Promotion: There will be automatically apply the promotional code (if any) for each charge.

View charging history:

Step 1: Select “Record” at the menu bar

Step 2: Select the time you want to review

Refresh the app:

Step 1: Select the (…) icon on the main screen

Step 2: Select “Refresh” and wait for 15 seconds to complete

Select map type:

Step 1: Select the (…) icon on the main screen (Home)

Step 2: “Selected Map” to change the desired map interface

View charging station clusters:

Step 1: Select the (…) icon on the main screen (Home)

Step 2: Select “Cluster”

• The number of charging stations in each areas will be displayed directly on the map
• Click “Cluster” again to exit

Step 1: Select “Top-up” & the amount of money

Step 2: Select One-time payment: All channels (ATM, Debit, QR code…)

Step 3: Select a payment method. There are 8 methods:

• When choosing the payment method “Bank” or “Card”
  • Fill in all the information => Select “Link” to confirm the top-up.
• When choosing payment method “QR Code”, “E-Wallet”
  • Take a screenshot of the Payment Code
  • Switch to the Banking App / E-Wallet app you are using
  • Scan the QR code in the payment app (Upload the screenshot) => Confirm Payment

Note: Every QR code can only be used once and relates to the chosen value. Avoid making your own changes to the payment amount and text.

Step 1: Click on the “Search” bar

Step 2: Enter the charging station name and select the desired location

Step 3: Select the Number of Charging Outlets you are plugged in

Step 4: Choose/Type the discount code (if any) => Select “Confirm Charging”

Step 1: Select the (…) icon & “Favorites”

Step 2: Select your location

• To save your favorite charging location, you need to:
  • Select the desired charging point in the above ways
  • Click on the “Star” icon on the right of – the name of the charging station-

Step 3: Select the Number of Charging Outlet you are plugged into

Step 4: Choose the discount code (if any) => Select “Confirm Charging”

Step 1: Click on the Positioning icon on the right corner, below the screen

Step 2: Select the charging point near you on the map

Step 3: Select “Outlets Details”

Step 4: Select the Number of your plugged-in outlet

Step 5: Choose/Type the discount code (if any) => Select “Confirm Charging”
