Instructions for Using the APP on the E-Bike Charging Station:
Step 1: Download the EBOOST app to your phone
Step 2: Register your account / Log-in with your email ID
Step 3: Top-up to your account
- Click “Top-up” and select the amount of money
- Link to your bank account to make payments
Step 4: Find a charging point near you
Step 5: Select the charging location on the app / Scan the QR code of your specific outlet
Step 6: Confirm & Start Charging
Step 7: Wait for the battery to fully charge or actively stop charging
Step 8: Check your receipt in-app or email
Instructions for Updating Profile Information & Changing Language:
Update profile information:
Step 1: Select the Menu bar & Click on Edit icon
Step 2: Update all information required – No blanks or abbreviations
- Area postal code searched on Google
Step 3: Scroll up & select Tick mark on the right hand side
Change language:
Step 1: Select the Menu bar in the left corner
Step 2: Scroll down & Select “Settings”
Step 3: Select “Language” then select the appropriate language
INSTRUCTION FOR TOP-UP TO EBOOST WALLET:
Instructions for Top-up by Linked Card – Master/Visa card:
Step 1: Select the Menu bar in the left corner
Step 2: Select “Top-up” & the amount of money
Step 3: Select payment method via Linked Card: Debit Card & Credit Card (Master, Visa).
Step 4: Select “Add Another Card”
Step 5: Fill in all information => Select “Link” to confirm the top-up.
Instructions for One-Time Payment:
Step 1: Select “Top-up” & the amount of money
Step 2: Select One-time payment: All channels (ATM, Debit, QR code…)
Step 3: Choose a payment method. There are 7 options:
- When choosing the payment method “Bank” or “Card”
- Fill in all information => Select “Link” to confirm the top-up.
- When choosing the payment method “QR Code”, “E-Wallet”

- Switch to the Banking App / EWallet app you are using
- Scan the QR code at the payment app (Upload the screenshot) => Confirm Payment
Note: Every QR code can only be used once and relates to the chosen value. Avoid making your own changes to the payment amount and text.

Instructions for Choosing a Specific Charging Point on the APP:
Find charging points in the search section:
Step 1: Select the Search icon in the right bottom corner
Step 2: Select your current “City” & “District”.
Step 3: Select “Apply” => Choose your charging station
Step 4: Select the right number of your plug-in outlet
Step 5: Enter discount code (if any) => Select “Confirm Charge”
Locating Current charging point:
Step 1: Click on the Positioning icon
Step 2: Select your charging point on the map
Step 3: Select “Outlets Details”
Step 4: Select the right Number of your plug-in outlet
Step 5: Enter discount code (if any) => Select “Confirm Charging”
Instructions for Scanning QR Code to charge:
Step 1: Select “Scan QR Code” & scan the code at the charging outlet
Step 2: Enter discount code (if any) => Select “Confirm Charging”
Step 3: Wait for it to fully charge
